Has anyone done Kari Pearce’s Power Ab Program? If so, how did you like it? Did you get decent results? What level did you choose? I don’t know if I should do level 1 or 2. I would consider myself to have a pretty strong core (can hold planks for a good while, do most sit-up reps unbroken, etc) but I struggle with things like toes to bar.

The videos are fine, but they would be greatly kari pearceenhanced by including an on-screen timer and some background music. Kari also seems very uncomfortable with any silence and is constantly talking, all of which is ad libbed, sometimes awkward and she often forgets when to cue the end of an exercise or the start of the next.
